Cycurion, Inc. (N A S D A Q: CYCU) Expands From Government Cybersecurity Into Public Safety, Healthcare, AI, Fleet Analytics and Commercial Markets as Q2 Margins Surge Nearly 5X and Management Authorizes $500K Share Repurchases

MCLEAN, Va. - Sept. 25, 2026 - PRLog -- Cycurion, Inc. (N A S D A Q: CYCU) $CYCU is entering the final months of 2026 with a substantially broader operating platform than it had at the beginning of the year. The company has added public-safety technology, expanded into commercial healthcare and life sciences, strengthened its cybersecurity portfolio and secured what it describes as the largest contract in its history.

The centerpiece remains a $54.6 million, 10-year contract supporting the modernization and secure operation of a major state Health and Human Services system through a top-five global consulting firm. The engagement is expected to generate more than $5 million in annual revenue and is scheduled to begin in November 2026.

Combined with acquisitions and other recently announced business, management has cited an approximately $30 million annualized revenue run rate.

But the story has continued to develop.

September Public-Safety Update Adds Another Revenue Catalyst

Cycurion's September 24 announcement highlighted approximately $843,028 of forecast 2026 revenue from closed public-safety engagements, including work supporting the City of Chicago.

The forecast includes approximately:
  • $763,256 for Chicago go-live support
  • $22,645 for Chicago fire training
  • $57,127 for a CAD administration position

Importantly, the company also stated that if the CAD administration position continues at its current monthly rate for ten years, its projected aggregate value would be approximately $3.43 million. That $3.43 million figure is a projection over ten years, not 2026 revenue.

The new work further demonstrates how Cycurion's Digital Ally acquisition is creating opportunities beyond traditional cybersecurity, combining project management, cybersecurity infrastructure, video systems and public-safety technology.

The $54.6 Million Contract Could Become a Major Recurring-Revenue Anchor

Announced July 30, the $54.6 million contract represents a significant expansion of Cycurion's government-services footprint.

The agreement has a 10-year term, with expected annual revenue exceeding $5 million, and is focused on a major state Health and Human Services system.

For investors watching Cycurion's transition toward larger and longer-duration contracts, the importance goes beyond the headline contract value. A decade-long engagement can provide a substantial recurring-revenue foundation while potentially creating additional opportunities with the same agency and consulting partner.

Management has also emphasized its strategy of increasing exposure to cybersecurity, managed services and strategic consulting across federal, state and local government markets.

Digital Ally Acquisition Adds More Than 800 Public-Safety Customers

One of the most transformative pieces of the 2026 strategy has been the acquisition of substantially all assets of Kustom Entertainment's legacy Digital Ally video-solutions business.

The acquired portfolio includes in-car video systems, body-worn cameras, digital evidence management, hardware, software and related services.

According to Cycurion's previously released materials, the acquisition is expected to contribute more than $5 million in annual revenue and more than $1.2 million in EBITDA, while providing access to more than 800 customers, many of which are law-enforcement agencies, municipalities and public-safety organizations.

That customer base creates a potentially important cross-selling opportunity for Cycurion's cybersecurity and managed-services offerings.

The acquisition also brought an intellectual-property portfolio of more than 50 patents, expanding Cycurion's capabilities in video surveillance, evidence management and public-safety technology.

New Patents Expand the Technology Opportunity

Cycurion has continued adding intellectual property following the Digital Ally transaction.

Among the recently announced developments is a new U.S. patent covering VuLink® cross-activation technology, designed to manage multiple data-recording devices.

Cycurion has also highlighted fleet-driver analytics technology, providing another potential avenue for the Digital Ally platform beyond traditional public-safety applications.

The broader opportunity is the integration of video intelligence, predictive analytics and cybersecurity into a unified technology platform.

Q2 Financial Results Showed a Dramatic Margin Improvement

Cycurion's second-quarter 2026 results provided another important piece of the transformation story.

Revenue was approximately $3.8 million, while gross profit reached approximately $1.1 million, producing a 29.1% gross margin, compared with 6.1% in the prior-year period.

Other reported highlights included:
  • EPS of $(0.41) versus analyst consensus of $(0.56)
  • Net loss of approximately $4.0 million, improved from $5.3 million
  • Adjusted EBITDA loss of approximately $1.4 million, improved from $2.1 million
  • Net debt reduced approximately 28% to $5.8 million

The nearly five-fold improvement in gross margin is particularly notable because Cycurion has been emphasizing a transition toward higher-margin cybersecurity, managed services and strategic consulting.

Commercial Healthcare and AI Expansion Adds Another Growth Avenue

Cycurion is not relying exclusively on government contracts.

In September, the company announced approximately $800,000 in annual contract spend across several commercial and public-health engagements.

The work includes a pharmaceutical-industry engagement supporting an AI Center of Excellence, a new award with the National Association of County and City Health Officials, and additional commercial and public-health engagements.

The company has identified commercial healthcare and life sciences as an important growth market while continuing to build its government and public-safety business.

That creates a broader customer mix spanning government, healthcare, public safety and corporate environments.

$500,000 Share Repurchase Adds Another Corporate Catalyst

On August 17, Cycurion's Board authorized a share repurchase program of up to $500,000 over the following 12 months.

The authorization permits purchases through open-market transactions or other lawful methods, subject to market conditions and financial considerations.

Importantly, this is a corporate share-repurchase authorization, not evidence of personal insider purchases by company executives. The program is discretionary and does not obligate Cycurion to repurchase a specific number of shares.

Management cited its view that the company's market valuation did not reflect the business it had built and its expected trajectory.

The Bigger 2026 Picture

Taken together, Cycurion's 2026 developments represent a significant expansion in both the scale and breadth of the company.

The major pieces now include:
  • $54.6 million, 10-year contract
  • Approximately $30 million annualized revenue run rate cited by management
  • 800+ additional public-safety customers
  • 50+ patents added through the Digital Ally transaction
  • New public-safety revenue opportunities, including Chicago
  • Approximately $800,000 in annual commercial and public-health contract spend
  • New AI and cybersecurity product development
  • Fleet analytics and video technology expansion
  • 29.1% Q2 gross margin
  • $500,000 authorized share-repurchase program

Cycurion also continues to pursue a sizeable pipeline of government opportunities. Earlier company disclosures identified 122 open opportunities representing approximately $34 million in potential additional first-year contract value, including approximately $11 million categorized as late-stage pursuits.

One additional factor investors are watching is Nasdaq. As of September 24, 2026, Cycurion's common stock continued trading on Nasdaq under CYCU, while the company had not yet received a final written decision from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel following its August 20 appeal hearing.

Investor Perspective

Cycurion's 2026 transformation is increasingly defined by multiple growth pillars rather than a single contract or acquisition.

The company is combining cybersecurity and AI capabilities with public-safety video technology, government IT services, healthcare, life sciences, fleet analytics and managed services.

The $54.6 million contract, approximately $30 million revenue run rate, Digital Ally customer base, expanding patent portfolio and new commercial engagements provide investors with several developments to monitor as Cycurion moves toward the final quarter of 2026.

For Cycurion, Inc. (N A S D A Q: CYCU) The next milestones could include the start of the landmark Health and Human Services contract in November, continued conversion of the public-sector pipeline, additional commercial wins, development of new cybersecurity products and further integration of the Digital Ally platform.

Fast food fulfills dreams in aging society

One thing Shin Jeong-ok, a team leader at a McDonald’s restaurant in Seoul’s Seongbuk District, enjoys about her job is being looked up to by friends and acquaintances in their 60s and older. In Korea, where the population is rapidly aging, seniors face increasingly fierce competition for employment as they outnumber younger job seekers. As of this year, more than 11 million people in Korea, or 21.6 percent of the population, are aged 60 or older. Many are baby boomers born between 1955 and 1963, a generation larger than those that came before them. Now entering retirement, they are increasingly seeking jobs, but age-related health issues and physical limitations restrict their employment options. Fortunately for Shin, her current job title is a hard-earned position she began in her early 50s. Now, the 63-year-old says she cannot imagine a life without working five times a week at McDonald’s Jongam SK branch in northern Seoul. “When I tell my neighbors or friends that I work at McDonald’s, I see the envy in their eyes. Being able to say that I have a job and seeing their admira
