August 20, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - Mexico City, Mexico based Vive Polanco is pleased to announce two upcoming real estate expo events, to be held in Polanco in September and November. The expos will feature a number of prominent speakers, and are aimed at helping those involved in real estate to learn more about the industry and develop new skills that they may find useful in their careers. Read more about Vive Polanco at the following link: Departamentos en venta Polanco.
The first of the two expos will be held on the tenth of September and will feature the best speakers with the knowledge and experience to help any real estate business reach the next step. The speakers set to attend include Adela Micha, Paola Rojas, Macario Schettino, Sergio Bruna, Mariano Balcarce and Pablo Martinez. The expo invites interested parties to, “Join the thousands of professionals who have prepared and evolved in this new real estate era,” and will bring more than four thousand experts and international leaders in the real estate industry together under one roof along with widely recognized brands and franchises, with the goal of helping one another grow and prosper. By sharing their combined decades of knowledge, those who attend the expo will learn new skills and discover new ideas that will help their business grow.
Businesses will also have the opportunity to find new investors, and possibly new clients, through the expo. With so many professionals, investors and other individuals with great interest in the Real Estate industry attending, the expo, beyond simply providing a learning experience, also creates an opportunity to do business with some of the top figures in the industry.
The second expo will be held in November and will be similar to the one held last year at the Hotel Camino Real de Polanco in Mexico City. Considered the seventh most important real estate business summit in Latin America, it will once again gather the most important leaders of the real estate sector. It presents an opportunity for those involved in real estate to share and learn from the expertise, vision, and experience of other distinguished individuals in the business. Last year the expo featured over 120 stands and over 300 investment options in both the United States and Latin America.
A press release describing last year’s expo also applies to this year’s event. It states, “Within the event, you can be part of the best real estate projects, where about 350 proposals are displayed in an area open to the public free of charge. In addition, you will have the opportunity to make direct contact with the main companies in the sector and presenters of the different exhibited developments.”

For many large companies in Southeast Asia, the challenge with artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer access. The models are available, the cloud infrastructure is ready, and boards have approved AI experimentation. The harder problem is turning that experimentation into systems that work inside heavily regulated businesses without breaking compliance, confusing staff or creating new […] The post OneByZero raises US$20M Series A to help enterprises move AI from pilots to production appeared first on e27.
Stablecoins are beginning to look less like a niche crypto product and more like a possible payments tool for mainstream consumers in Asia Pacific, according to new research from Visa. But the same study also shows why the road from curiosity to daily use remains long: most people still do not fully understand how stablecoins […] The post Nearly half of Asia Pacific consumers open to stablecoins within five years, Visa says appeared first on e27.
In November, ASEAN leaders are scheduled to sign the Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA), the first region-wide pact written specifically for the digital economy. Negotiators closed the text in Manila in May, and ASEAN’s own statement puts the prize at up to US$2 trillion in digital economy value by 2030 if the agreement is implemented […] The post Stop calling Southeast Asia an emerging market in mobile. For the past three years, much of the AI debate inside Southeast Asia’s engineering teams has centred on a familiar question: which model is best? Founders, CTOs and developers compared GPT-4, Claude, Codex, Cursor and open-weight models on code completion, documentation, debugging and speed. For many startups, the first wave of AI developer adoption meant […] The post Why Southeast Asia’s AI coding race is moving from models to infrastructure appeared first on e27.
Bitcoin rose 1.81 per cent to US$86,350.24 in 24 hours, slightly outperforming the broader market, which gained 1.45 per cent. The move looks modest on the surface. Underneath, two forces drove the gain. Renewed spot ETF demand and a softer macro backdrop gave the largest cryptocurrency a firmer floor. A short squeeze then amplified the […] The post Bitcoin jumped 1.81% to US$86,350.24. Is this a real breakout or a short squeeze? appeared first on e27.
In my work with organisations, I often hear people describe barely adjusting to one restructure before the next one begins. The remark is usually made in passing, which tells you something on its own. Change has become familiar enough that people know how to keep functioning through it, even while they are worn out by […] The post Change fatigue is an organisational design problem, not a resilience problem appeared first on e27.
Progressive Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Sunday backed Pope Leo XIV's call to prioritize art made by humans over that made by artificial intelligence. “Pope Leo is right. Art is not some kind of superfluous luxury that can be eliminated from our lives. It is a crucial part of the human experience,” the Vermont senator...
In February 2023, the budget shopping platform Temu announced itself on the world stage in the brashest way possible: becoming one of the youngest ever brands to buy a Super Bowl advertising spot. “Download the Temu app and shop like a billionaire,” a voice proclaimed in the 30-second commercial, as a woman danced on screen and ordered a series of outlandishly cheap items: from a US$8.99 dress to a US$4.99 wig. The commercial – which aired twice during the game, costing Temu an estimated US$14...
The months after a funding round can make a company look dramatically stronger. Revenue rises. The team grows. New markets open. Customer logos multiply. An Oklahoma federal judge ruled Friday that warrantless searches using AI-powered surveillance camera data — such as what Flock Safety's hallmark technology collects — may violate the Fourth Amendment without adequate probable cause. “Freedom from persistent, dragnet-style surveillance while in public is not a foreign concept in our society, and it is a reasonable expectation...
