June 06, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Beverly, MA based iLeasePro is making its lease tracking software available to clients across the nation. Those interested may contact the company’s representatives today to sign up or request a more personalized demonstration.
Regardless of the industry in question, any business that leases real estate, vehicles or equipment needs to track these operations carefully, especially if they aim to comply with the current FASB ASC 842 Lease Accounting Standard (among others). iLeasePro’s tracker consolidates a number of versatile features into a single platform, simplifying what was once an unduly complicated task, and the company is pleased to confirm that a business can swiftly deploy the software without having to commit to supplementary infrastructure (or even excessive planning to ensure integration). Further, the company will assist with the transfer, eliminating any hassle on the client’s end.
When a business involved with leases reaches a certain level of growth, the need for better tracking capabilities becomes obvious. However, where this need may previously have been addressed manually, iLeasePro is able to utilize intelligent automation to produce a similar effect — faster and with greater accuracy, a potent combination.
“Lease tracking software,” the company explains, “does exactly what you expect of it. It is a software package, or a suite of modules, that document and track all the leases in your business. A number of attributes may be documented as part of this process, but you will typically focus primarily on all the transactions that are part of those leases. Over time, as your familiarity with the platform grows, you may be able to use the attributes being tracked to make informed decisions about your business’ overall strategy and course.”
All the information gathered is also searchable with a few clicks, with parameters defined either by date or any of a number of other factors, such as the client’s name, the type of lease and so on. The company points out that the rules governing a transaction are also subject to change depending on the type of lease, so it is crucial for any software to track this as well (on an individual basis). iLeasePro does so, and it allows all search results to be shared quickly within a team, enabling rapid communication. This is useful for several reasons, not the least of which is the ability to create an ongoing audit trail.
Given how important audits (and overall data verification) are, the platform captures all data changes, with time stamps, to ensure that after-the-fact audits and reviews can be run at any time. Where deemed necessary, iLeasePro says reports can be archived for future references. This way, any potentially critical information is always within reach.
iLeasePro reiterates that the primary benefits of the platform are its relative speed and accuracy, but there are many other advantages that users should make use of as well. For instance, the platform essentially brings all a business’ data into a central location, making it available to all with the right level of access no matter where they may be located. A business’ entire team, for instance, may be granted web-enabled access at any time of day and throughout the year if so required. iLeasePro has invested heavily in security, however, so access can indeed be limited to those who are able to meet the platform’s user and password authentication checks.
Access need not be deployed equally across the business, either. The company says access to critical lease data, for instance, may be granted on a tiered basis (limiting it to those whose responsibilities entitle them to the information). In any case, any member of the team will be able to log in with their credentials as long as they are equipped with an internet connection and browser. Computers, laptops, tablets and even smartphones may be used for this purpose.
iLeasePro’s software is considered by many to be the top solution in the industry, and the team is always keen to demonstrate why. By getting in touch today, anyone can schedule a free demo and discover how this software can have a positive impact on their business.

Samsung SDI said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity (KOFAC) and the Korean Chemical Society (KCS) to sponsor Korea’s team for the International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO). Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong visited the Al Dhafra gas-fired power plant construction site in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), on Wednesday (local time) to inspect construction progress and encourage employees working in the Middle East. Lee toured key facilities, checking construction schedules and safety measures, before meeting with executives from Samsung C&T and Samsung E&A to discuss regional market trends, growth strategies and new business opportunities. The Al Dhafra power plant is being built by Samsung C&T in a consortium with local construction firm Trojan General Contracting. It is designed to meet rising electricity demand amid the UAE's industrial growth and is expected to support energy-intensive industries, including artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. Samsung C&T previously demonstrated its construction capabilities through the Barakah nuclear power plant project in the UAE, while Samsung E&A uses the country as a key hub for its Middle East and Africa operations, undertaking projects in refining, gas and petrochemicals. Lotte World employees put their emergency response skills to the test Wednesday, competing in rapid firefighting and CPR challenges designed to sharpen their readiness when lives are at stake. The amusement park operator held its 2026 Fire Safety Competition in partnership with the Songpa Fire Station. The annual exercise comes as theme parks and high-density public venues face growing scrutiny over crowds and facility safety, prompting major operators to move beyond routine compliance and build real-time tactical readiness among frontline staff. The competition centered on two core scenarios: rapid initial suppression using indoor hydrants and emergency first aid. In the firefighting challenge, employees simulated an active blaze by quickly connecting hydrant systems, deploying hoses and executing the critical steps needed to contain flames before first responders arrive. The medical segment tested teams on sudden cardiac arrest scenarios. Participants were evaluated on their precision and speed while performing CPR on training mannequins and deploying automated external defibrillators
A year ago, some of the most nervous entrepreneurs in the world were in Hong Kong, Taipei and Shanghai. Trade tensions, a property slump in mainland China and a stalled listings market had put founders there among the most cautious respondents in HSBC’s annual survey of business owners. Twelve months on, they are the most […] The post Hong Kong and Taiwan founders are cheering the AI boom. Southeast Asia isn’t in the room appeared first on e27.

A rebound in technology and AI stock sentiment lifted risk appetite across both assets. I knew within the first two minutes of glancing through the deck. A strategy workshop for our senior stakeholders had just wrapped. The session itself was good: the partner facilitating it followed our brief, the debate was sharp, and an AI tool captured the notes. When the deck arrived, I opened it and felt that […] The post AI took perfect notes. Then it ruined the deck appeared first on e27.
Grab wanted Taiwan to be its first market outside Southeast Asia. Taiwan’s competition regulator has told it, in effect, that it is not really an outsider. Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission (TFTC) on Wednesday blocked Germany-based Delivery Hero’s planned sale of foodpanda’s Taiwan business to Grab, scuttling a US$600 million all-cash deal agreed on March 23. While building an AI-assisted video workflow for a TikTok commerce creator, I ran into a problem with the storyboards generated by a language model. For years, the small business owner in Penang or Cebu has relied on a quiet, unspoken form of security: obscurity. Who would bother hacking a family-run online furniture store when there are banks to rob? The logic was not wrong.
