Jason M. Ruedy, also known as the Home Loan Arranger, analyzed the benefits of buying vs. renting a home in the Denver Metropolitan on KDVR television show, Colorado’s Best

DENVER, United States - March 7, 2017 /MarketersMedia/ —
Mortgage Banker, Jason M. Ruedy, also known as The Home Loan Arranger, was interviewed by the hosts of KDVR television show, Colorado’s Best, on February 21, 2017 where he discussed the benefits of owning vs. renting a home in the Denver Metropolitan area.
Colorado’s Best, which airs Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. on Colorado’s Own Channel 2, is hosted by Ms. Joana Canals and Ms. Paula Haddock.
The segment of the show that featured Mr. Ruedy focused primarily on the question, “Should you rent or should you buy?” Specific pros and cons of each option were discussed, and the consensus was that buying a home can make more financial sense when monthly mortgage payments are compared to monthly rent payments in some of Denver’s most expensive neighborhoods.
Ms. Canals and Ms. Haddock presented bits of information regarding both the advantages of buying and the advantages of renting. The incentives for buying included: building equity and using home mortgage interest as a potential tax deduction. The benefits of renting included: getting to know a neighborhood before choosing a permanent home to purchase and building credit by paying rent on time each month.
Following the presentation of the benefits of buying vs. renting, the hosts discussed the fact that renting a 2-bedroom apartment in one of Denver’s most popular neighborhoods, The Highlands, can cost up to $2,400 per month. Considering that a monthly mortgage payment can cost a homeowner less than $2,400 per month, the hosts implied that now is the time to consider buying a home.
After discussing of the benefits of buying a home, Mr. Ruedy reiterated a message first presented during his previous Colorado’s Best appearance on February 13, 2017, regarding how to use a home loan refinance to consolidate debt.
According to Mr. Ruedy, “By taking advantage of the equity in their homes, and by refinancing their mortgage into a lower interest rate loan, I’ve personally seen homeowners save more than $1,000 per month. It’s truly amazing how easy it is, and how much a mortgage refinance can help homeowners save thousands of dollars per year.”

I’ve watched the same movie play out too many times: a management team receives a penetration testing report, sees a wall of findings with scary-sounding names, and immediately assumes their platform is on fire. It’s not on fire. It’s almost never on fire. But the report sure makes it look like it is. And that’s […] The post How to read a VAPT report without panicking appeared first on e27.
For most of my career, I believed professional value followed a relatively stable equation. The more capable you became, the more valuable you became. That assumption shaped how many of us approached work, leadership, and identity itself. We invested years building expertise because expertise carried weight. Crunchbase’s numbers for the first half of 2026 are the kind that are supposed to make an entire industry feel good. On September 18, 2026, global markets rose together. Asian stocks and bonds gained as oil extended its decline. European equities climbed. The STOXX 600 rose 0.9 per cent to 642.6 points. Part of my work as an international market expansion specialist, supporting government and companies in the process of promoting and attracting opportunities, is reading a market’s readiness not just through headlines, but through the infrastructure underneath: banking systems, regulatory friction, and the everyday experience of the people actually trying to operate there.
