Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and the latest Revinate Chat release lead a wave of launches that turn guest data into predictions and revenue

SAN FRANCISCO - Oct. 14, 2026 - PRLog -- Revinate today became hospitality's first data activation platform, with the global launch of Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and the latest version of Revinate Chat. These releases reflect how AI is changing hospitality technology: hotels want systems that deliver results, not software to manage, and guests expect offers built for them, not for a segment.

That is what a data activation platform does. A CRM stores guest records. A customer data platform (CDP) unifies them. A data activation platform adds intelligence and execution: it predicts what each guest needs next and acts while intent is still live. Revinate does all three on one platform, with Ivy, its AI intelligence layer, running across every product. Hotels set the goals, and Revinate executes to deliver the outcomes and revenue.

"For 17 years, we've helped hotels clean up and unify their guest data," said Bryson Koehler, CEO of Revinate. "Today, we advance those foundational capabilities with a greater focus on automated outcomes. Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and Revinate Chat put what a hotel knows about its guests and its properties to work in the moments that decide a booking, and they get sharper every time a guest responds."

AI adoption is outpacing results. In h2c's AI Opportunity Study 2026, 91% of hotel chains said they use AI, but only 13% reported a measurable return on investment so far. Revinate customers are seeing the opposite: 60% report an ROI of 20X or more on the platform, and today's launches advance Revinate's move into the enterprise segment, where major hotel brands are already customers.

Revinate Pathways: marketing that follows the guest
Revinate Pathways replaces batch-and-blast email with automated journeys across email and SMS that fire on real guest events, from booking and check-in to birthdays and abandoned carts, and branch on how each guest responds. Built-in consent controls keep SMS compliant, and Revinate Insights reports the room nights, reservations, and outlet spend every journey drove. WhatsApp will also be available in Pathways by the end of this year, so hotels can reach guests on the channel they prefer.

Revinate Vault: one source of truth for the property
Revinate Vault is the single source of truth for a hotel's property and brand information. Hotels upload their documents, from spa hours to cancellation policies, and Ivy reads them and fills in the details automatically. At launch, Vault powers Revinate Chat so guests get answers with property-specific accuracy and in the hotel's own tone of voice. Next, Vault will hold the settings Pathways runs on, then extend to Revinate Feedback and Reservation Sales, so a change made once updates everywhere.

Revinate Chat: every question becomes a signal
First announced at HITEC 2026 in June, Revinate Chat resolves up to 80% of routine guest questions automatically, drawing on Revinate Vault. The latest version connects Chat to Pathways: Chat links in pre-arrival and welcome messages, including by SMS, let guests reach the hotel the moment a question comes up, and every question adds to their profile.

The data advantage
Hotel data is messy: duplicated, half-finished, and scattered across systems never built to talk to each other. Revinate Core, Revinate's customer data platform, resolves records from hundreds of integrated systems into Rich Guest Profile® data covering 1.25 billion guest profiles.

On that foundation sits Revinate's synthetic data engine. It learns from guest behavior at scale and is built to anticipate when a guest is likely to travel, then match them with the right room at the right price, so hotels capture the booking before the search begins.

"AI is only as smart as the data it runs on," said David Stephens, CTO of Revinate. "Point a generic AI model at duplicated, scattered hotel records and it guesses. With our hospitality-specific AI model, we resolve identity first. A guest who books a room, a table, and a spa treatment is one guest in Revinate, not three. The synthetic data engine learns from behavior, never personal details, which lets us model demand at a scale no single hotel could reach while protecting every guest's privacy."

Availability: Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and Revinate Chat are available today. Hotels can book a demo at revinate.com/demo.

China's humanoids go job hunting amid Korea's bets on physical AI

Chinese humanoid robot makers are accelerating efforts to gain a foothold in Korea, moving beyond dance performances and showroom displays to factory trials and other commercial applications as Seoul beefs up investment in physical artificial intelligence (AI). A string of Chinese robotics companies have flexed their muscles or announced projects in the country this year, including Hong Kong-listed Ubtech, startup Anyverse Dynamics, Shanghai-based Agibot and leading robot maker Unitree. “China’s new generation of robot companies has global DNA and naturally looks overseas, and Korea is one of the most important markets in Asia-Pacific,” said Ethan Qi, an associate director covering robotics at Counterpoint Research. The absence of locally built humanoids available at scale has created an opening for Chinese suppliers, he added. Early footprint Representatives of Galaxy Robot Park, a robot-themed entertainment venue in Seoul, agreed to buy Ubtech’s lifelike U1 model after attending its debut in Shenzhen in June, according to Sean Qin, overseas head of the company's commercial robo

Chung Mong-Koo Foundation's pianists sweep international awards

Three young Korean pianists — supported by Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation — have earned international recognition this year, winning top prizes at major competitions in Europe and the United States. Shin Young-ho, 19, placed second in the piano category at the 76th Giovanni Battista Viotti International Music Competition, which concluded in Vercelli, Italy, on Oct. 17. Lee Jeong-woo, 18, won first prize at the 20th George Enescu International Competition in Bucharest, Romania, in September, while Lee Ju-eon, 15, claimed prizes at three international piano competitions in the United States during the first half of the year. The achievements highlight the progress of a new generation of pianists who have received sustained support from the foundation, as they pursue international careers. Shin continued his strong performance on the international competition circuit, following a second-place finish at the Dublin International Piano Competition and a special prize at the Pancho Vladigerov International Piano Competition, both held in 2025. Dell’s Jason Encarnacion demystifies data centers

The conversation around data centers in the Philippines has gotten louder. As someone covering enterprise tech, there seems to be the noise over Pax Silica and the misconception of data centers being one monolithic thing. When in fact, not all data centers are the same, and Pax Silica is a supply chain, not a data

HPE’s Walter So on complexities of data sovereignty

Data sovereignty is not as simply as we thought When the government passed Executive Order 119 to push for data privacy and sovereign data in Philippine soil, there’s more to the context than just having physical data centers to house private citizen data. Whenever you query into an AI tool, the data travels across boundaries
