Pinellas Lighting Studio Opens Holiday-Season Bookings for Permanent Home Lighting — No Ladders, No January Teardown

Sep 8, 2026

My House Glow is opening 2026 holiday-season bookings for permanent home lighting in Pinellas County and Tampa Bay. Homeowners share an address, receive a photo of their house lit at night, and never climb a ladder again.

St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, September 8, 2026 /MarketersMEDIA/ -- PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — My House Glow is opening bookings for the 2026 holiday season with permanent roofline and architectural lighting built for higher-end Tampa Bay homes, not big-box Christmas strings. The fixtures are designed to disappear in Florida daylight, then run custom programs for everyday glow and for the Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Homeowners start at https://myhouseglow.com. They share an address. The studio returns a photo of how that specific house will look at night — before anyone sets a ladder against it.

“Temporary lights never look right on a house someone actually cares about,” said Gary Wilder, lighting designer and co-founder of My House Glow. “The holidays arrive, family is coming over, and the only option is climbing a ladder to hang something that feels cheap next to the quality of the home. We built this so that first night feels proud — not tacky.”

Wilder spent more than 30 years in low-voltage landscape lighting. He trained under Nate Mullin, a founder of Unique Lighting Systems, trained more than 30 installers across the country, and won Unique Lighting’s monthly best-photo and install contest 25 times.

Co-founder Ryan Bradley brings more than 20 years of exterior work on Florida homes, including aluminum pool cages, seamless gutters, and 2½-story peaks. He still operates that aluminum company with his son and oversees every My House Glow walkthrough.

“From the street you can spot a bad permanent job in ten seconds — too close, too bright, on all year,” Bradley said. “Up close it is worse: exposed wire and sloppy transitions. We would not put that on a house we had already built something else for. So we didn’t.”

The pair formed My House Glow after Bradley repaired Wilder’s pool cage and the work moved to a neighbor’s roofline. The studio specializes in Pinellas architecture — tile, stucco, tall peaks — and treats the HOA conversation as part of the design.

A finished system is meant to live on the house as architecture, not as a seasonal kit. After install, the homeowner should not climb a ladder in November or again on January 1.

Addresses are being accepted now. On-site quotes follow the mockup.

Malaysia’s durian glut and the politics of the delivery gap

Malaysia’s durian industry ought to be one of the country’s great economic success stories. Chinese demand soared. Musang King became an internationally recognised premium product. Investors planted orchards across the country. In 2024, Malaysia secured long-awaited approval to export fresh durians directly to China. Exports duly took off. Fresh durian exports to China increased from […] The post Malaysia’s durian glut and the politics of the delivery gap appeared first on e27.

Stryv bags US$11.5M Series B to turn a hair dryer brand into a household appliance group

A few years ago, Stryv’s pitch fitted into a single product: a professional-grade hair dryer that did not cost as much as the famous ones. Today, the Singapore company sells massage chairs and air purifiers too, and it has just raised fresh money to keep adding categories, markets and, if the right targets appear, entire […] The post Stryv bags US$11.5M Series B to turn a hair dryer brand into a household appliance group appeared first on e27.

From conference attendee to intelligence node: My experience at an AI-native conference

From 5–7 October, I organised and attended the Strategic Renaissance 21 (SR21) × World Governments Summit workshop in Dubai. The three-day gathering brought together 48 senior leaders from government, finance, technology, defense, and academia to explore a common theme: The Breaking Point. The conference itself was an interesting experiment in AI-enabled event design. As my […] The post From conference attendee to intelligence node: My experience at an AI-native conference appeared first on e27.

Agencies don’t have a hiring problem. They have the (EBITDA) multiple problem

The most telling line in Publicis’ announcement of a new AI Development Hub in Singapore isn’t about technology. It’s the promise that the hub will create roles rather than remove them. The hub itself is a serious bet: engineers, data scientists and product designers working alongside strategists to build proprietary marketing technology in Singapore and […] The post Agencies don’t have a hiring problem. QpiAI’s Singapore bet: Put quantum hardware in the hands of finance students

Singapore has deep-pocketed banks, a national quantum strategy and plenty of conference panels on the subject. What it has rarely offered is a physical quantum computer that a finance undergraduate can actually run code on. India-based QpiAI is betting that gap is its way into the market. Singapore’s US$59M grid fund bets on cheaper hydrogen and tougher tropical solar panels

Singapore has a power problem that no amount of rooftop solar will fix. The city-state generates about 95 per cent of its electricity from imported natural gas. It has little spare land for solar farms, no rivers for hydropower and not much wind. Every decarbonisation plan it writes is, in effect, a plan to import […] The post Singapore’s US$59M grid fund bets on cheaper hydrogen and tougher tropical solar panels appeared first on e27.
