Switzerland - November 27, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —
The increasing prevalence of sleep disorders and breathing difficulties, driving the growth of the global internal nasal dilators market. Another essential factor triggered the growth of the internal nasal dilator market is the growing awareness about its benefits. According to the latest market research report, the global internal nasal dilators market is expected to post a CAGR (Compound annual growth rate) close to 9% during the period 2019-2023. An internal nasal dilator is a distraction-free, odorless, painless, and affordable device for improving breathing by unblocking the nasal airway. This nose dilator is usually used by athletes, people who have operated on the nose, people with sleep problems like snoring or sleep apnea, people with nasal narrowing, CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) patients to improve the pressure relief, and people with chronic nasal congestion.
NOSON AG, a Swiss startup, has been researching respiratory problems for more than five years and has now developed a new device called NOSON nasal dilators as a solution to sleep and breathing problems. NOSON nasal dilator is new internal nasal dilators that significantly increase oxygen flow to the body and reduce breathing problems. The results have shown that NOSON nasal dilator significantly minimized fatigue perception and was optimally accepted.
Nasal dilators were developed over a century ago and introduced successively in the 1990s. In 1996 during the Olympic Games in Atlanta, USA, the implementation of nasal dilators became popular among athletes. Nasal dilators may be useful throughout physical exercise as decreased nasal resistance and may generate a consequent reduction in the nasal breathing effort, escalate in nasal ventilation, and delay in oral breathing onset during physical exercise. Many studies were performed, mainly adult athletes involving nasal dilators. The results of these studies were conflicting, and no conclusive shared consent has been reached. As recently analyzed by Dinardi and colleagues. Consequently, NOSON AG company investigated the potential ability of a new NOSON internal nasal dilator to enhance the athletic performance and conducted to a group of athletes. NOSON Nasal dilators have shown impressive results. It significantly reduced fatigue perception and was optimally accepted. The development of The Nose Nasal Dilator in close cooperation with Swiss doctors, Prof. dr. Kurt Tschopp. He is a Chief Physician ORL Cantonal Hospital Baselland.
"With Noson® my nostrils are open and stabilized. I have at least 50% more air. Mouth breathing is now almost unnecessary. I no longer cycle without Noson® and vice versa if I have forgotten. I can recommend Noson® for all athletes endurance that has a narrow nose, with Noson® you will achieve a great improvement in nasal breathing, the best nose dilator, thanks again to Noson®! "- Prof. Dr. Kurt Tschopp (Chief Physician ORL Cantonal Hospital Baselland)
"I have tried Noson Nasal Dilator in sports activities around triathlons. Particular for people who breathe through the nose, it opens air supplies. You can immediately feel that more air is penetrating the nose. It enhances breathing during sports activities, especially when heavy running intervals. I found it to be very effective. It easy to wear. After correct insertion, you do not see it again, and there is no slip and no hindrance from wearing it. Overall, it's great to get back to full performance in training or competition and achieve goals." - Dag Stoermer (Vice European Champion 2019 European Championship Olympic Distance Weert / NL)
Breathing is an essential thing in our life. A healthy respiratory system causes increased blood flow, natural painkillers, increases energy levels, detoxifies the body, and relaxes the mind & body. Swiss startup company in cooperation with the world-renowned Prof. Dr. Kurt Tschopp has developed Nasal Dilator, which improves breathing and thus the resilience. Nasal dilators are non-pharmacological treatments for narrow noses and can be used by athletes. It is widely available in all popular online websites and drugstore as over-the-counter (OTC). NOSON Nasal Dilator, which was developed by Swiss startup with cooperation with Prof. Dr. Kurt Tschopp, has a primary function to improve nasal breathing. Nasal breathing is healthier because the air is moistened, purified, and heated by the hair and mucous membranes inside the nose. The muscle tends to be less susceptible to hyperacidity, and the lungs are supplied with more oxygen, which allows the body to produce more energy.
NOSON Nasal Dilators are made with high-quality silicone materials that allow users to be comfortable and suitable for each individual nose shape. It is available in three sizes and can be adjusted optimally for each nose shape. Flexible spring wire construction gives the user great security during physical activity and during sleep. Some benefits can be obtained from the use of NOSON nasal dilators include more efficient during physical activity due to optimized oxygen supply to the body, increasing blood oxygen value, increasing physical and mental performance, improved sleep quality, improve concentration and memory ability, the ergonomic design ensures a secure fit during sports, softly spreading into the nostrils, and strengthening the immune system.

Coway is promoting three mattresses under its BEREX brand to meet diverse sleeping preferences, offering options for people with different sleeping postures and couples who prefer different levels of firmness. The company said its lineup is designed to accommodate differences in body shape and sleeping habits, as Koreans tend to get relatively little sleep, making it increasingly important for consumers to improve their sleep quality. According to a 2024 survey by the Korean Society of Sleep Research, Koreans sleep an average of six hours and 58 minutes a day, placing the country among the lowest-ranked OECD members in terms of sleep duration. With limited hours of sleep, more consumers are seeking better-quality rest, making it increasingly important for mattress makers to address their diverse needs. For people who sleep on their backs or prefer firmer support, Coway recommends the BEREX Modi Mattress, which uses individually pocketed signature springs made with high-strength steel wire from POSCO for durability and stability, along with Contour 7-Zone Foam designed to distribute body

Mercedes-Benz Korea is betting that a more affordable all-electric CLA sedan will revive its flagging electric vehicle (EV) business in the country, as Tesla and Chinese rivals gain ground in one of Asia’s most competitive imported-car markets. The German luxury automaker introduced the all-new electric CLA and GLC on Monday, with the entry-level CLA coupe-type sedan priced from 52.9 million won ($40,000). The pricing marks a major shift from Mercedes-Benz’s traditional premium positioning, placing its new electric sedan closer to mass-market alternatives, including Tesla’s Model Y, which starts at 49.99 million won in Korea. The Model Y was the country’s best-selling vehicle last month, largely due to its competitive pricing. The launch of the price-competitive CLA comes as Mercedes-Benz struggles to rev up sluggish EV sales. The company’s electric car lineup, previously a major source of growth, has lost momentum following the August 2024 fire involving a Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan in an underground parking garage in Incheon. Mercedes-Benz’s EV sales in Korea reached a peak of
