The company, an Angie’s List Super Service Award winner, now installs factory-direct sunrooms from its own manufacturing plant in Gulf Breeze, affording customers the materials, craftsmanship, and service guarantee they seek. The firm’s proprietary, high-wind framing building material, Colorbeam, is designed to be more hurricane resistant – up to 170 mph winds – than rooms built with traditional aluminum.

Titan Sunrooms, a family-owned and operated business, now also manufactures a range of complementary backyard structures – including patio concerts and pergolas, blockhouse sheds, carports, and screen rooms – that employ the same structurally superior building materials system, Colorbeam. All projects begin with a site assessment, to best determine how to maximize the structural integrity of the installation, ensure its conformity with local building codes, and satisfy the customer’s aesthetic preferences.
The concept of the sunroom dates back to at least 6000 BC in China and refinements were made over the centuries until the first temperature-controlled greenhouses were developed in Europe in the 15th century. Nineteenth-century England witnessed the precursor to the modern sunroom, known as a conservatory, where families could enjoy the sunshine.
Today, proper sunrooms are more popular than ever, as they can transform a home, adding a bright, casual space to gather. They are one of the most economical home renovation initiatives. Sunrooms offer greater versatility and are simpler to maintain in addition to being more cost-effective than conventional room extensions.
Engineers created Titan’s Colorbeam Aluminum Framing System as a replacement for conventional “light frame” aluminum systems that were developed in the 1960s, a decade with few or no building codes. The Colorbeam system was created to end the build-and-rebuild cycle caused by Florida’s hurricanes and to satisfy insurance companies wary of subpar construction.
There are three components to Colorbeam’s building materials: wall, roof, and foundation systems. The company’s walls feature a more contemporary appearance while also being extremely durable and insulating.
The 40-year finish of Colorbeam never needs to be painted, and Titan Sunrooms offers a 40-year warranty on all its products.
One customer recently commented: “We are very happy with our patio enclosure completed by Titan Sunrooms. From start to finish we had an amazing experience and the final product exceeded our expectations. Thank you Titan Sunrooms, we appreciate your hard work. Would highly recommend this team of superstars.”

I build AI tools for marketers, and run an AI marketing software firm in Singapore, so I spend a lot of time hearing about AI adoption. After narrowly losing yet another pitch earlier this year, I added up the time I had spent preparing proposals: 300 hours in four months. I wanted to know whether we were pursuing the right business. Malaysia has found the money for its startups again. The harder part, investors say, is finding everything that is supposed to come with it. The growing popularity of Chinese artificial intelligence models has emerged as a key risk factor for Anthropic ahead of its blockbuster initial public offering, according to US research firm Hedgeye Risk Management. “It’s all about Chinese competition when analysing Anthropic,” said Felix Wang, managing director and global tech sector head at Hedgeye. “Many of my clients are asking the same question.” The assessment comes as Anthropic faces renewed investor jitters over whether its massive AI...

Homeplus, which narrowly avoided liquidation and resumed operations in August, is struggling to regain its footing as weak sales and stalled takeover efforts cloud its recovery, according to industry officials Monday. The uncertainty has also prompted a wave of voluntary resignations among employees. A major supermarket chain, Homeplus is currently undergoing court-led rehabilitation after struggling for years with the decline of the country’s hypermarket sector and consumers’ shift to online shopping. In July, the Seoul Bankruptcy Court briefly terminated the proceedings after the embattled retailer failed to secure the minimum 200 billion won ($150 million) in fresh funding needed to carry out its restructuring plan. Homeplus reversed that outcome only after obtaining emergency financing from Meritz Financial Group, its largest creditor, at the last minute. The retailer reopened all 67 of its remaining stores nationwide on Aug. 13, hoping to put its recovery back on track. Sales reached 10.63 billion won on the first day, followed by a daily average of 8.7 billion won over the nex
Creditors of JoongAng Ilbo Co. picked DaouKiwoom-CJ consortium as the preferred bidder for one of the major South Korean newspaper publishers as they closed bidding for the debt-laden company earlier in the day, industry sources said Monday. According to the sources, the DaouKiwoom-CJ consortium beat Orion and four others in a race to take over JoongAng Ilbo, a deal estimated at between 400 billion won ($300 million) and 500 billion won. In July this year, JoongAng Ilbo entered the debt workout program, led by main creditor Hana Bank and other lenders, amid liquidity problems at its parent, JoongAng Group. Creditors' debt collection has been suspended for three months, allowing the company to avoid court-led rehabilitation proceedings. JoongAng Holdings owns a 64.7 percent stake in JoongAng Ilbo and is controlled by the founding family of JoongAng Group.
