Levelheaded introduces Keel, its AI dispute resolution product, now live in production with property operators and Colorado courts.

Denver, United States, October 1, 2026 -- Levelheaded Introduces Keel

Levelheaded is introducing Keel, its AI dispute resolution product, now live in production with property operators and Colorado courts since August 2026. The launch brings Levelheaded's approach to dispute resolution into production as the company prepares to participate in SF Tech Week in San Francisco from October 5 to 7.

Problems are hard. Solving them shouldn't be. For a very long time, a dispute meant one path: wait, argue, file, wait some more. It was never the best way. It was just the only way.

Keel runs a case from intake to resolution. Both sides are heard. The resolution engine finds common ground and lays out possible paths to settlement. A certified mediator stands behind every case, working inside Keel's Mediator OS with everything the engine learned in front of them. The mediator makes the call. Both sides can sign, payment can be completed where applicable, and the dispute can be closed.

Why Dispute Resolution Is Changing Now

The legal system runs on settling, but settling has historically been difficult to scale. Every case needed a neutral, which meant a person working through disputes one case at a time.

Keel changes how that work is organized. AI runs the conversation and structures information from both sides, while a certified mediator remains behind every case. The resolution engine does the work of hearing both sides, identifying common ground, and developing possible paths toward settlement. The Mediator OS gives the mediator the information gathered through that process.

This model becomes increasingly relevant as AI agents begin acting for people and companies. Those agents will bring people's disputes into digital systems, and disputes will also emerge from transactions and interactions involving agents themselves.

Keel is built API first with that future in mind. Levelheaded's premise is straightforward: settling a dispute is about to become an API call.

From 2,686 Cases to Keel

Keel builds on Levelheaded's dispute resolution work since 2023. The company has run 2,686 cases during that period, giving its resolution engine a foundation in real cases conducted with mediators and the outcomes of those cases.

Levelheaded reports an 81% resolution rate, representing 997 of 1,237 cases reaching a mediation outcome, based on company data as of July 2026. With mediators alone, the average time to resolution was 12 days. NPS is 70, measured from participants on both sides.

On the resolution engine, the first cases have settled in minutes. In one example, a case went from first contact to signature in four minutes. The four minute result represents one case rather than an average or resolution rate.

Neutral, by design.

A Certified Mediator Behind Every Case

A certified mediator is a constant in Levelheaded's model. Keel has two connected halves: the resolution engine, which does the work, and the Mediator OS, which makes the mediator's work seamless.

For courts, that distinction is central. Courts don't use AI to decide anything. Their mediators do the mediating. Keel's Mediator OS gets them in the room prepared and to settlement faster.

Court mediation programs can run on Keel while their mediators retain their role in the process. Property operators can hand Keel their disputes, while mediation centers can use the software to run their practice.

Levelheaded Heads to SF Tech Week

Levelheaded will be in San Francisco for SF Tech Week from October 5 to 7, 2026, following Keel's production launch.

The company is also hosting "Life Without Lawsuits," a coffee with the Levelheaded team, on Wednesday, October 7 at 8 a.m., hosted at Antler. The event will bring the team together with people interested in how dispute resolution may change as AI becomes part of the systems acting for individuals and organizations.

The timing reflects the broader direction behind Keel. AI agents are beginning to perform tasks and transactions for people and companies. As those systems take on more responsibility, Levelheaded expects dispute resolution to become infrastructure that agents can access when an interaction reaches an impasse.

"I'm a mediation nerd. Resolving disputes is what Levelheaded has always been about. What we've built gets people, and soon their agents, to the other side of a problem so they can move on with life. That's the whole point," said Mo Tregenza, founder and CEO of Levelheaded.

S. Korea's Nuri space rocket lifts off from Naro Space Center

South Korea launched its homegrown Nuri rocket Wednesday on its fifth flight to place 15 satellites into orbit, including five that will form part of the country's first domestically launched microsatellite constellation. The 200-ton Nuri blasted off from the Naro Space Center in Goheung, about 400 kilometers southwest of Seoul, at 12:25 p.m. The payload consists of five New-space Earth Observation Satellite Constellation for National Safety (NEONSAT) microsatellites and 10 CubeSats. Nuri's first and second stages will separate about 123 and 268 seconds after liftoff, respectively, with satellite deployment beginning between 810 and 960 seconds at an altitude of around 575 kilometers. The five NEONSATs, Nos. 2 through 6, will be deployed at intervals of 35 to 40 seconds, with Nuri's upper stage rotating by about 45 degrees between each separation to prevent collisions. The 10 CubeSats will then be deployed two at a time at 10-second intervals. After releasing all 15 satellites, Nuri will perform a collision-avoidance maneuver and vent its remaining fuel, completing its flight about 20 min

The new engineering bottleneck isn’t writing code, it’s trusting it

For the past two years, the story engineering teams told about AI was simple: it writes code faster, so teams ship faster. That story is only half true. Code does get written faster. But Google’s 2025 DORA report, based on analysis of over 1,100 open-ended responses from Google software engineers, found that higher AI adoption […] The post The new engineering bottleneck isn’t writing code, it’s trusting it appeared first on e27.

Light liquidations and flat funding: Is Bitcoin about to explode?

Bitcoin traded in a narrow band near US$85,400 to US$85,550 during early October 7, 2026. Live aggregator readings clustered around US$85,435 to US$85,542. The 24-hour change settled at roughly -0.3 per cent to -0.5 per cent on most feeds, though one snapshot briefly showed a small positive. There were no sustained breakouts in either direction. Granite Asia, Google AI Futures Fund team up to back Asia’s AI founders

Asia’s AI founders are increasingly facing a split-screen reality. Investor interest is high, but building at the frontier of artificial intelligence still requires more than a seed cheque. Startups need access to large models, cloud infrastructure, technical feedback, distribution channels and patient capital, all while competing with better-funded peers in the US and China. Granite […] The post Granite Asia, Google AI Futures Fund team up to back Asia’s AI founders appeared first on e27.

Europe’s trade truce with America has not restored trust in American business

For much of the past three decades, American companies operating overseas benefited from a powerful assumption: that despite periodic political turbulence at home, the United States (US) remained a predictable and broadly reliable commercial partner. That assumption has been badly tested. Yet the latest phase of the US-European relationship is more complicated than a simple […] The post Europe’s trade truce with America has not restored trust in American business appeared first on e27.

Nuri rocket set for 5th launch to place 15 satellites into orbit

Korea's homegrown Nuri rocket is set for its fifth launch Wednesday, carrying 15 satellites, including five that will form part of the country's first domestically launched microsatellite constellation. The three-stage rocket is scheduled to lift off from the Naro Space Center in Goheung, about 400 kilometers south of Seoul, at 12:25 p.m., Oh Tae-seok, administrator of the Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA), said. Oh said the rocket is technically ready for launch, with weather and space conditions also favorable and no concerns over potential collisions with space objects, allowing the launch to proceed as scheduled. The payload consists of five New-space Earth Observation Satellite Constellation for National Safety (NEONSAT) microsatellites and 10 CubeSats. About four hours before liftoff, the launch team will begin filling the three-stage rocket with kerosene fuel and liquid oxygen oxidizer after completing system checks. Nuri's first and second stages will separate about 123 and 268 seconds after liftoff, respectively, with satellite deployment beginning between 810 and 960 seconds

AI could turn concierge medicine into the future interface to healthcare

Concierge medicine is expensive for a simple reason: physician attention is scarce. A typical primary-care doctor may be responsible for 2,000 or more patients, while concierge practices generally restrict panels to 400 or fewer to 600. Patients pay annual retainers ranging from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands for longer appointments and faster […] The post AI could turn concierge medicine into the future interface to healthcare appeared first on e27.

Why Southeast Asia is underbuilt in the categories that produce its most durable companies

Ask anyone to name Southeast Asia’s most successful startups and you will hear the same names. Grab. Sea. GoTo. Each is a consumer company. Each won by reaching enormous numbers of users, burning enormous amounts of capital, and surviving long enough to consolidate a market. This is the story the region tells about itself.
