United States, September 21, 2026 -- iSpeedToLead, the pay-per-lead marketplace built for real estate investors, today announced the launch of its motivated seller leads by location directory. The new marketplace organizes the company's live lead feed by state, county, and city so investors can see current seller supply in the exact markets where they make offers.

At launch, the directory tracks 48,892 available motivated seller leads across 35 qualifying states, along with 15,322 sold-out proof points archived from the rolling feed. Texas leads the country with 5,549 available leads, followed by Ohio (4,254), Florida (4,183), North Carolina (2,280), and Illinois (2,197).
Browse by State, Narrow Down into County, Buy by City

The directory replaces the generic lead list model with a three-level structure. Investors start at the state level, narrow to the county where they buy, then open a city page that carries the full live card feed for that market.
High-supply city markets at launch include Houston (522 leads), Cleveland (380), San Antonio (346), Chicago (340), Philadelphia (319), Indianapolis (318), and Detroit (316). At the county level, Cuyahoga County, OH (738), Harris County, TX (736), and Cook County, IL (707) currently hold the deepest inventory.

Privacy-safe Signals Visible Before Registration
Every public market page is server-rendered with privacy-safe signals only. Investors can see market, lead status, DealPredictor grade, SMS verification when present, seller motivation, urgency, occupancy, local buyer demand, and ARV when the feed provides it.
Street addresses, owner contact information, seller asking amounts, and lead purchase prices remain hidden on public pages. Full lead records and pricing unlock after creating a free account.

Built on the Same Verification and Scoring Pipeline
Leads in the directory come from the same public iSpeedToLead marketplace feed that serves more than 12,000 active investors. Every lead is triple-verified by human reviewers and AI against 50 billion data points, with 97.5% of leads carrying verified addresses and 85% or more matching public property records.
Roughly 40% of incoming leads are removed before publication for being unreachable, already under contract, listed with an agent, or below the motivation threshold. Surviving leads receive a DealPredictor score from A+ to C, trained on more than 20,000 closed deals and 74,000 tracked leads. A+ leads close at roughly four times the platform average.
RJ Bates III of Titanium Investments described the browse-and-buy workflow this way: "I scrolled past seven, eight leads, nope, not that, not that, that one, that's the one. It's a location I've got a great buyer relationship, highly motivated, physically distressed, he's willing to sell at a discount, we got him down 10,000 and we're 22 minutes in and we got it."
Alerts, Automation, and a Low-Risk Way to Start
Investors who create a free account can save state, county, and city alerts to get notified when new motivated sellers post in their markets, and jump to similar leads the moment one sells.
Investors who prefer hands-off acquisition can pair the directory with AutoMatch, which delivers matching exclusive leads automatically and converts at three times the rate of standard shared lead buying.
New members can use the code GET90 at checkout for 90% off their first lead. Eligible Exclusive and Active leads are backed by a 21-day refund window with a 78.2% approval rate, and the platform requires no long-term contracts or monthly minimums.
Investors can explore the directory today or Book a demo with an off-market acquisition strategist to see live inventory in their target markets.

LG Electronics has built an alliance with Apple in the home artificial intelligence (AI) sector, unveiling a range of internet of things (IoT) devices that will be integrated into Apple's ecosystem. The two companies’ partnership is now extending into the home appliance sector, evolving from component supplies and service integration to jointly developing finished products. For LG Electronics, the collaboration provides access to Apple’s global ecosystem, while Apple can leverage LG’s expertise in home appliances to strengthen its presence in the smart home market. LG Electronics and Apple jointly held a new product showcase in Manhattan, New York, Tuesday (local time), unveiling seven IoT devices. LG Electronics North America CEO Kwack Do-yeong, LG Electronics Home Appliance Solution Platform Business Center Head Jung Ki-hyun and Apple Vice President of Hardware Engineering Matthew Costello attended the event. The number of financial firms affected by suspected artificial intelligence (AI) agent-driven cyberattacks has risen to 16, more than double the seven initially reported, financial regulators said Wednesday. About 100,000 records containing personal information, including resident registration numbers, were exposed. The tally could rise as companies continue checking their systems for signs of intrusion. Regulators also found security deficiencies at 130 of the 555 financial firms reviewed, including failures to apply the latest security patches. The Financial Services Commission (FSC) disclosed the findings at an emergency response meeting. It said the breaches, reported since the beginning of this month, have affected banks, savings banks, credit finance companies, electronic payment providers and cryptocurrency businesses. The affected firms include four banks — Shinhan, KB Kookmin, BNK Busan and Hana — and four savings banks — Yegaram, Welcome, DB and OK. Hyundai Capital and KDB Capital are among the affected credit finance companies. Others on the list include online investment

LIG Defense & Aerospace (LIG D&A) has partnered with U.S. defense technology company Firehawk to develop a propulsion system for its Poniard guided rocket, as the Korean defense company seeks to expand its presence in the U.S. market. Firehawk specializes in advanced energetics and propulsion technologies. An AI chatbot that drafts a bad email is an embarrassment. An AI agent that sends it, to the wrong customer, with the wrong file attached, after approving the wrong refund, is a liability. Singapore’s regulators have clearly been losing sleep over the second scenario. When the Ministry of Trade and Industry raised Singapore’s 2026 growth forecast in August, most of the founders I talk to read it the way the headlines invited them to, as good news for everyone.
