Indianapolis Furniture Store Receives New 5 Star Customer Review

Aug 5, 2019

August 05, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - Indianapolis, Indiana based Furniture Corner is proud to announce that they received yet another glowing review from one of their recent customers. The furniture store also boasts an average customer rating of 4.9/5.0 on the Google review platform.

On the review in question, Marc Deschaumbault, said, “Furniture Corner is a furniture store you have to see. This store beats any other local store in Indiana in terms of furniture style, color coordination, value, and selection.”

As noted on the company’s website, Furniture Corner is one of the few premier furniture and accessories stores in the greater Indiana area that offers a full range of home furniture, accessories, rugs, mattresses, and more from some of the most trusted brands in the business. Moussa Khoury, from Furniture Corner, said, “Now is a great time to visit our showroom in Indianapolis because we have great deals and exciting promotions on couches, lazy boys, and recliners—just in time for the football season. With the sporting event just around the corner, get your living room and entertainment room ready for Colts games.” Khoury also states that the company’s broad line of furniture consists of living, bedroom, and dining collections that are suitable for traditional, transitional, and contemporary styles of living.

Khoury notes that choosing the right furniture is never easy, but it is something that a company with a 5 Star Review can make simpler. He points out that buying home furniture can be an overwhelming process since there are so many different designs to choose from that might ruin an initial design plan. The various pieces of furniture must not only complement each other but also suit the room’s architectural features to maintain a pleasant and balanced look. “If you wish to add depth to spaces, you can incorporate reflective and transparent materials. To accentuate a space, statement mirrors are ideal to reflect light around the room and make a small area appear spacious,” he said.

In addition, he advises homeowners to measure the size and ceiling height of the room to find out which furniture pieces it can accommodate and allow them to factor in some tolerance for circulation space. In order to achieve balance within a space, homeowners must ensure that each bold piece or color is complemented with a lighter hue or a simpler and more minimalist piece. Furthermore, furnishing a home takes time, and homeowners must do their research before buying any piece of furniture. Khoury also encourages homeowners to experiment in mixing colors, textures, and patterns to make their spaces look more interesting and layered.

However, he warns homeowners to keep the hidden costs of buying home furniture in mind. “Before buying a piece of furniture, always consider all the costs that come with it. While one store may have a cheaper offer, they could charge you higher delivery fees and assembly fees to make up for their cheap price tag. Always get the full picture when buying any piece of furniture because these ‘small things’ can easily add-up,” says Khoury. He also encourages homeowners to avail themselves of bundle deals where they can buy whole sets of furniture to complete certain rooms.

Furniture Corner of Indianapolis offers their furniture at discounted yet premium packages where homeowners can easily get 10-15% more savings compared to buying each item individually. “Furniture packages are great for people who want to save time and money since every piece of furniture included in a bundled package is already expertly hand-picked to complement each other. This also means that you no longer have to pay for the services of an interior designer,” he says.

Aside from design and cost consideration, homeowners are advised to consider how the furniture will fit their lifestyle—not only now, but for the foreseeable future. “If you are planning to have a pet or kids anytime soon, you should avoid furniture that can easily be torn, stained, or damaged. Investing in luxury furniture is also not recommended for families with young kids. If in doubt, we always recommend choosing functionality and practicality above anything else,” he says.

Singapore’s AI dividend will depend on what happens after the pilot phase

Singapore’s early bet on artificial intelligence could give its economy a modest but meaningful lift as population ageing starts to bite. But the real test will not be how many companies say they use AI. It will be whether they can rebuild work around it. The ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) said in its annual […] The post Singapore’s AI dividend will depend on what happens after the pilot phase appeared first on e27.

Trump’s 'self-policing' AI accord faces skepticism

The signing of an AI accord by President Trump and tech leaders has done little to quell concerns over the lack of guardrails surrounding artificial intelligence.  While Trump says industry officials can self-police, critics say more is needed to make sure AI development doesn’t get out of hand, even as some described it as a...

China’s AI compute ambitions demand innovation

China has set a five-year goal for the expansion of intelligent computing capacity to drive artificial intelligence (AI) that calls for a more than fourfold increase on what was in place at the end of June this year. To reach the 2030 target while being blocked by the United States from importing the most advanced Western-made AI chips will require innovation, adaptation and the application and coordination of vast resources. Judging by the 177 per cent increase in capacity achieved in the year...

HD Hyundai Heavy Industries wins contract for 500-MW offshore substation in Taean

HD Hyundai Heavy Industries has signed a contract to build an offshore substation for a wind farm in waters off Taean, South Chungcheong Province, as it expands its presence in the offshore wind market. The company announced on Friday that it recently signed a contract with Taean Wind Power to carry out the engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of an offshore substation for the wind farm. Taean Wind Power is a joint venture between Singapore-based renewable energy company Vena Energy, Danish investment and development firm Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and state-run Korea Western Power. An offshore substation is a key facility that transmits electricity generated by turbines at an offshore wind farm to shore. The offshore substation to be built in Taean will step up the voltage of electricity generated by a 500-megawatt wind farm before transmitting the power to shore. HD Hyundai Heavy Industries secured the project through a series of agreements, signing a front-end engineering design contract in March, followed by a preferred supplier agreement

99.3% of soybeans imported from US test positive for genetic modification

Genetically modified organism (GMO) components were detected in 99.3 percent of U.S. soybean import cases tested over the past decade, trade data showed Friday, raising calls for Korea to diversify its soybean import sources. According to Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp. data submitted to Rep. Song Ok-joo of the Democratic Party of Korea, Korea imported 1.6 million tons of U.S. soybeans between 2017 and September 2026, accounting for 91.5 percent of its total soybean imports during the period. GMO components were detected in 399 of 402 U.S. soybean import cases, or 99.3 percent. Canadian soybeans were imported in 45 shipments totaling 29,469 tons, with GMO components detected in 57.8 percent of the cases. In contrast, no GMO components were detected in soybeans imported from China or Russia. Chinese soybeans totaled 112,124 tons in 18 shipments, accounting for 6.4 percent of total imports, while Russian soybeans totaled 7,870 tons across five shipments. The data came amid recent controversies over GMO detection in soybean-based foods such as tofu, soy milk and fermented soybean pa

Dunamu, the operator of Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, said Friday that it expanded its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered market analytics platform with real-time tools that summarize broad market trends and pinpoint the reasons behind price movements for individual digital assets. Upbit Data Lab, launched in April 2025, is the exchange's analytics platform offering crypto indexes, sector data and blockchain analysis. The new "AI Market Report" is a video of 90 seconds or less that draws on the Upbit composite index, major asset prices, top gainers and losers, and market sentiment indicators, with AI selecting key issues based on price moves and market impact. It is released at 10 a.m. on weekdays on Upbit Data Lab and Upbit's official YouTube channel. A second new service, "Uptrace," tracks price data and related news for individual assets to identify the main factors behind price changes.
