Manufacturer expands export lineup of shade sails, anti-bird nets, scaffold safety nets, and waterproof tarps under ISO 9001 and SGS-tested quality controls
Binzhou, China, September 12, 2026 -- Huimin County Chaozhan Chemical Fiber Rope and Net Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer and direct factory supplier specializing in garden netting, agricultural protection nets, construction safety nets, waterproof tarps, and recreational climbing nets. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Lizhuang Town, Huimin County, Shandong Province, the company provides OEM/ODM, customized sizing, mesh specifications, colors, packaging, and direct export supply for overseas agricultural growers, construction contractors, distributors, landscape companies, and outdoor-product wholesalers.
The expanded portfolio is designed to address core pain points for global agricultural growers, construction contractors, municipal operators, and outdoor goods wholesalers, including crop loss from birds and hail, dust pollution at construction sites, and short service life of conventional netting. The product range includes shade sails, anti-bird nets, anti-hail nets, insect nets, weed barrier fabric, privacy fence netting, scaffold safety nets, anti-fall nets, manhole safety nets, waterproof tarps, artificial grass, and playground climbing nets.

According to the company, its products are supported by in-house modified raw material blending and a UV-resistant formulation that extends outdoor service life. The company reports annual output value exceeding RMB 10 million and a monthly production capacity of 1.2 million square meters of chemical fiber netting, with daily processing of 40,000 square meters of protective netting. The product portfolio is available for global order inquiry through the company's Alibaba International Station storefront.
Core Technology and Product Highlights
Long-life UV-resistant modified HDPE technology: The company uses virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin combined with UV stabilizers and anti-aging masterbatch, processed through flat weaving and Raschel warp-knitted knotless techniques. According to company data, the netting achieves tensile strength of ≥100N/5cm and tear strength of ≥80N. After 1,500 hours of accelerated UV aging testing, tensile retention remains at ≥85%, supporting an outdoor service life of 3 to 6 years. The knotless mesh structure is designed to avoid snagging fruit, fish, or clothing, and the open mesh structure maintains light transmission of ≥90% for crop photosynthesis.
Full-category one-stop supply: The company operates multiple production lines capable of manufacturing shade nets, anti-bird nets, anti-insect nets, anti-hail nets, weed barrier fabric, olive nets, PE ropes, and waterproof tarps under unified raw material and UV formulation standards. Shade nets offer adjustable shading rates from 25% to 95%. Anti-insect nets are available from 20 to 80 mesh to target different pest sizes. Weed barrier fabric provides 98% light blocking and water permeability of ≥3,000 ml/㎡·h. The company states that single-factory procurement can reduce comprehensive procurement and logistics costs by approximately 30% for large-scale growers.
Engineering safety nets for global site compliance: The company's dense-mesh safety nets, anti-fall nets, and manhole safety nets are manufactured with flame-retardant HDPE masterbatch, double-layer stitched edging, and reinforced metal eyelets. Dense-mesh nets offer ≥2,000 mesh/100cm² with dust suppression rate ≥85% and afterflame time ≤4 seconds. Anti-fall nets are tested to withstand a 100 kg sandbag dropped from 1.5 meters without rupture, in line with EN 1263 safety standards. Manhole safety nets offer static load capacity of 300 kg and resistance to sewage and acid-alkali corrosion.
Waterproof covering composite coating: Transparent waterproof fabric uses PVC transparent film co-extrusion with light transmission of 85% to 92% and hydrostatic pressure ≥3,000mmH₂O. PVC tarps use 600D polyester oxford base fabric with double-sided PVC coating, reaching IPX7 waterproof rating and 5 to 8 years of outdoor service life. Shade sails provide UPF50+ protection, blocking 98% of UV radiation and reducing temperature by 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.
Global Compliance and Certification
To meet global market access requirements, the company states that its production processes are managed under an ISO 9001 quality management system. The company says full-category products are supported by third-party SGS test reports covering ROHS environmental compliance, mechanical tensile and tear strength, and 1,500-hour UV aging performance. Agricultural and garden products are tested under SGS organic farming ancillary material protocols. Engineering safety nets are tested to EN 1263 building safety standards, and recreational climbing nets are tested to EN 1176 children's playground safety standards. The company provides English-language SGS reports, ISO 9001 certificates, material specifications, and certificates of origin for customs clearance.
Management Statements
"The global expansion of our full-category garden and engineering netting portfolio reflects our focus on durable, compliant, and customizable outdoor protection products for international buyers," said Guo Shouzhong, Business Manager of Huimin County Chaozhan Chemical Fiber Rope and Net Co., Ltd. "We continue to invest in UV-resistant material technology and knotless weaving processes so that growers and contractors can reduce replacement frequency and long-term maintenance costs."
"Since our founding in 2018, we have focused on balancing strength, light transmission, corrosion resistance, and cost across our product lines," said the company's technical lead. "We do not use recycled low-grade materials. Our raw material selection and functional additive formulations are developed to meet different climate conditions, including high-temperature Mediterranean regions, low-temperature northern markets, and coastal salt-spray environments."
Industry Background and Strategic Outlook
According to publicly available market research from Grand View Research and IMARC Group, the global agricultural netting and shade systems market has expanded as commercial fruit and vegetable growers seek to reduce crop loss from birds, hail, and excessive solar radiation. Rising construction safety regulation and dust-control enforcement in Europe, North America, and Asia have also increased demand for certified engineering safety nets.
The company states that its product development follows global demand for longer-lasting, recyclable, and compliant outdoor protection materials. Its product range is positioned to serve orchard and vineyard operators, greenhouse growers, construction contractors, municipal water and power network operators, landscape designers, and outdoor goods wholesalers.
Future Plans
Looking ahead, Huimin County Chaozhan Chemical Fiber Rope and Net Co., Ltd. states that it will continue to invest in UV-resistant material formulation, knotless weaving, and waterproof coating processes. The company plans to expand its global sales and service network, recruit regional distributors in Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Americas, and develop additional product lines including biodegradable garden netting and lightweight high-strength recreational nets. The company also plans to establish overseas warehouse inventory services to shorten delivery times and provide local technical support for product selection, installation, and after-sales service.

The German luxury automaker introduced the all-new electric CLA and GLC on Monday, with the entry-level CLA coupe-type sedan priced from 52.9 million won ($40,000). The pricing marks a major shift from Mercedes-Benz’s traditional premium positioning, placing its new electric sedan closer to mass-market alternatives, including Tesla’s Model Y, which starts at 49.99 million won in Korea. The Model Y was the country’s best-selling vehicle last month, largely due to its competitive pricing. The launch of the price-competitive CLA comes as Mercedes-Benz struggles to rev up sluggish EV sales. The company’s electric car lineup, previously a major source of growth, has lost momentum following the August 2024 fire involving a Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan in an underground parking garage in Incheon. Mercedes-Benz’s EV sales in Korea reached a peak of
