Crossroads4Hope Launches Blood Cancer Resource Hub

Oct 1, 2026

New national resource expands access to patient-centered, evidence-based information, and connects people living with blood cancer and their care partners to comprehensive care.

BEDMINSTER, N.J. - Oct. 1, 2026 - PRLog -- Crossroads4Hope (CR4H), a leader in the delivery of supportive cancer care nationwide, announces the launch of its Blood Cancer Resource Hub, a new unique resource designed to provide trusted information, practical tools, connection to supportive cancer care and services for people living with blood cancer and their care partners.

The Hub reflects Crossroads4Hope's belief that information alone is not enough. Cancer can affect emotional well-being, family relationships, work, finances, daily life, and a person's sense of control. The Blood Cancer Resource Hub helps people better understand the disease while connecting them to the professionals, resources, and support needed to navigate its broader impact.

"Our mission is to provide whole person and family support that helps people live through and beyond cancer with strength, a sense of control, hope, and meaning. Thanks to generous funding from BeOne Medicines, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Johnson & Johnson, this new resource helps us extend that support to people living with blood cancer wherever they are—because no one should face cancer alone."

"The resource hub houses videos with medical professionals, social workers, caregivers, and people living with blood cancers," Sutton continued. "Their professional and personal experiences will help demystify the diagnosis to help individuals to take control of their care."

Now in its 25th year, Crossroads4Hope envisions a world where whole-person and family supportive cancer care - including emotional, psychosocial, and practical support - is accessible to every individual and family, no matter who they are or where they live.

Working to advance that goal, the New Jersey-headquartered non-profit's team includes oncology social workers and child life specialists. The organization provides individual counseling, group and peer support, programs for families with children, nutrition and cancer related education, navigation and resource referrals, and mind-body programming.  Programs are offered in both in person and virtually, in English and Spanish, and at no cost to individuals and families impacted by cancer.

In addition, Crossroads4Hope provides 24/7 support through MyGo2Support, its innovative direct-to-mobile supportive care program that proactively identifies individuals at risk and connects them to social workers who help address the challenges cancer brings before they become barriers to care.

"We are committed to expanding the circle of care we provide nationwide," Sutton added. "Beyond any one program or service we offer, members tell us we are a lifeline during their greatest time of need and beyond, because as long as cancer is part of someone's life, we are here to help."

S. Korea's Nuri space rocket lifts off from Naro Space Center

South Korea launched its homegrown Nuri rocket Wednesday on its fifth flight to place 15 satellites into orbit, including five that will form part of the country's first domestically launched microsatellite constellation. The 200-ton Nuri blasted off from the Naro Space Center in Goheung, about 400 kilometers southwest of Seoul, at 12:25 p.m. The payload consists of five New-space Earth Observation Satellite Constellation for National Safety (NEONSAT) microsatellites and 10 CubeSats. Nuri's first and second stages will separate about 123 and 268 seconds after liftoff, respectively, with satellite deployment beginning between 810 and 960 seconds at an altitude of around 575 kilometers. The five NEONSATs, Nos. 2 through 6, will be deployed at intervals of 35 to 40 seconds, with Nuri's upper stage rotating by about 45 degrees between each separation to prevent collisions. The 10 CubeSats will then be deployed two at a time at 10-second intervals. After releasing all 15 satellites, Nuri will perform a collision-avoidance maneuver and vent its remaining fuel, completing its flight about 20 min

The new engineering bottleneck isn’t writing code, it’s trusting it

For the past two years, the story engineering teams told about AI was simple: it writes code faster, so teams ship faster. That story is only half true. Code does get written faster. But Google’s 2025 DORA report, based on analysis of over 1,100 open-ended responses from Google software engineers, found that higher AI adoption […] The post The new engineering bottleneck isn’t writing code, it’s trusting it appeared first on e27.

Light liquidations and flat funding: Is Bitcoin about to explode?

Bitcoin traded in a narrow band near US$85,400 to US$85,550 during early October 7, 2026. Live aggregator readings clustered around US$85,435 to US$85,542. The 24-hour change settled at roughly -0.3 per cent to -0.5 per cent on most feeds, though one snapshot briefly showed a small positive. There were no sustained breakouts in either direction. Granite Asia, Google AI Futures Fund team up to back Asia’s AI founders

Asia’s AI founders are increasingly facing a split-screen reality. Investor interest is high, but building at the frontier of artificial intelligence still requires more than a seed cheque. Startups need access to large models, cloud infrastructure, technical feedback, distribution channels and patient capital, all while competing with better-funded peers in the US and China. Granite […] The post Granite Asia, Google AI Futures Fund team up to back Asia’s AI founders appeared first on e27.

Europe’s trade truce with America has not restored trust in American business

For much of the past three decades, American companies operating overseas benefited from a powerful assumption: that despite periodic political turbulence at home, the United States (US) remained a predictable and broadly reliable commercial partner. That assumption has been badly tested. Yet the latest phase of the US-European relationship is more complicated than a simple […] The post Europe’s trade truce with America has not restored trust in American business appeared first on e27.

Nuri rocket set for 5th launch to place 15 satellites into orbit

Korea's homegrown Nuri rocket is set for its fifth launch Wednesday, carrying 15 satellites, including five that will form part of the country's first domestically launched microsatellite constellation. The three-stage rocket is scheduled to lift off from the Naro Space Center in Goheung, about 400 kilometers south of Seoul, at 12:25 p.m., Oh Tae-seok, administrator of the Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA), said. Oh said the rocket is technically ready for launch, with weather and space conditions also favorable and no concerns over potential collisions with space objects, allowing the launch to proceed as scheduled. The payload consists of five New-space Earth Observation Satellite Constellation for National Safety (NEONSAT) microsatellites and 10 CubeSats. About four hours before liftoff, the launch team will begin filling the three-stage rocket with kerosene fuel and liquid oxygen oxidizer after completing system checks. Nuri's first and second stages will separate about 123 and 268 seconds after liftoff, respectively, with satellite deployment beginning between 810 and 960 seconds

AI could turn concierge medicine into the future interface to healthcare

Concierge medicine is expensive for a simple reason: physician attention is scarce. A typical primary-care doctor may be responsible for 2,000 or more patients, while concierge practices generally restrict panels to 400 or fewer to 600. Patients pay annual retainers ranging from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands for longer appointments and faster […] The post AI could turn concierge medicine into the future interface to healthcare appeared first on e27.

Why Southeast Asia is underbuilt in the categories that produce its most durable companies

Ask anyone to name Southeast Asia’s most successful startups and you will hear the same names. Grab. Sea. GoTo. Each is a consumer company. Each won by reaching enormous numbers of users, burning enormous amounts of capital, and surviving long enough to consolidate a market. This is the story the region tells about itself. It […] The post Why Southeast Asia is underbuilt in the categories that produce its most durable companies appeared first on e27.
