San Jose, Costa Rica, October 2, 2026 -- The top three eligible traders can receive $1,000,000, $500,000 and $250,000 in a contest that runs to December 24, 2026

Catchnex, a copy trading platform, is running a Copy Competition with a $1,750,000 prize pool for eligible traders. The contest began on September 1 and ends on December 24, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Traders who apply through Catchnex are ranked by verified return on investment (ROI), and the top three share the prizes.
The first-place trader can receive $1,000,000. Second place can receive $500,000, and third place $250,000. Prizes go to the eligible traders with the highest verified ROI over the competition period. Catchnex calls the prize pool indicative. Prizes are paid after results are verified, and the amount is not held, guaranteed or escrowed.
How traders enter
Entry runs through the Catchnex Copy Trader program. A trader applies with a strategy. Once that strategy is available on Catchnex Copy Trading, the trader is eligible to take part. Followers can then copy the strategy on the platform.
Six rules decide who can win
Catchnex kept the headline rules short and public. Each participant must fund the competition account with at least $500 of their own capital. Bonus and credit funds do not count. Traders must complete at least 20 closed trades across at least 10 active trading days. Each person may hold one competition account. Resets, multiple entries and coordinated trading between related accounts are not allowed.
Ranking uses ROI earned during the competition period only. The leaderboard refreshes daily at 00:05 UTC, but those standings are provisional. Maximum drawdown is measured for every participant and published next to ROI. It is also the first tie-break. Winners must pass identity verification, and Catchnex checks results against platform records before any prize is paid.
The format is built around one clear measure. Traders know exactly what decides the ranking. Drawdown is published beside ROI, which gives the public more data to judge a strategy.
Scored on the live platform
The competition is scored on the same Catchnex platform that clients use every day. Each trader card shows ROI, win rate and follower count. Markets include forex, metals, indices and crypto. A live countdown on the competition page shows the time left.
The official rules run to 20 sections. They cover eligibility, jurisdiction, prohibited conduct and disqualification, among other topics. The rules are published in English, and the English version prevails over any translation. Catchnex may disqualify any participant who breaches them.
Eligibility and risk
Catchnex does not offer services to residents or citizens of the United States or Russia, to residents of Costa Rica, or to jurisdictions under international sanctions. Applicants should confirm they may legally take part where they live.
Trading CFDs, crypto and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk. Leverage magnifies gains and losses, and traders may lose more than their initial deposit. The competition is not investment advice and does not encourage higher risk. Copying a trader does not guarantee similar results. Past performance does not predict future results.

Across Southeast Asia’s technology hubs, engineering leaders are getting used to a new kind of productivity curve. In Singapore, Jakarta, Manila and Ho Chi Minh City, software teams are shipping faster, clearing backlogs more quickly and leaning on AI tools for work that once consumed hours of developer time. East Asia’s crypto market is no longer moving as one bloc. Most AI writing about work still treats the technology like an advanced tool. That framing made sense when AI mainly waited for a prompt, returned an answer, and stopped there. Nearly one in five marketing leaders has already eliminated roles because automation now handles the work. That is the finding behind a new Gartner prediction, which Marketing Week reported this week: by 2030, most high-performing marketing teams will be able to drop the traditional bottom rungs of the corporate ladder. The artificial intelligence investment story is beginning to move beyond the most obvious winners.
