Ningbo, September 10, 2026 -- The world's premier consumer electronics event, IFA 2026 in Berlin, concluded on September 8, showcased its "AI FOR AIR" philosophy by creating five AI-powered future living zones. The exhibition featured products including the i9 Series, portable AC, and R290 heat pumps, covering diverse scenarios for both residential and commercial use. With a more comprehensive product portfolio, AUX demonstrated the innovative strength of China's smart manufacturing.
This was also the first time AUX brought the Manchester City IP to an international exhibition, following the official announcement of its global strategic partnership with the Club.

Built for Global Needs, Designed for Local Markets
This summer, extreme heat swept across Europe. With many older buildings hard to renovate and requiring quiet operation, AC installation constraints have become a major issue for local consumers. AUX's portable AC is designed to address these challenges with its "no installation required and low-noise" advantages. Featuring innovative condenser self-evaporation technology with a 400ml water tank, the unit allows for 12 hours of operation without needing to empty the tank. The unit is integrated and easy to store. Additionally, AUX has upgraded the product with a more compact package design, which boosts the loading capacity per container by 26%. This has greatly improved shipping efficiency and reduced unit logistics costs, providing efficient supply chain support for large-scale deliveries to the European market.
For the extremely cold climates of Northern Europe, AUX's split-type ultra-low temperature heating unit operates stably at temperatures as low as -40°C, delivering a maximum heating capacity of 8KW. This solves the industry challenges of insufficient heating and unstable performance in extremely cold regions, providing reliable all-weather heating for Nordic households.
Aligning with Europe's green and low-carbon energy transition, the R290 heat pump, which uses natural refrigerant, became a highlight at the booth. This product delivers full-capacity heating at -7°C, with a maximum outlet water temperature of 80°C, and supports cascading connection of multiple units. It has obtained multiple European authoritative certifications including ErP, Keymark, CE, and BAFA, fully complying with Europe's stringent energy efficiency and market access standards, and contributing to the upgrading of green living in the European market.
As a representative product at IFA, AUX AI Air Conditioner i9 Series won the "2026 Annual Product Innovation Achievements," bringing the philosophy of "AI for Air" to real-life scenarios.
The product features seven AI smart technologies, achieving precise five-dimensional control of temperature, humidity, airflow, purification, and freshness, enabling one-touch air management. AUX has obtained two major industry certifications: the L4 Intelligence Certification and the L5 Intelligent Voice Certification. An integrated high-precision TVOC sensor monitors indoor air quality in real time, paired with an AI-controlled fresh air system that circulates indoor and outdoor air to create a more comfortable living environment.
With "Sense–Decide–Act–Service" as the core chain, the AUX AI Air Conditioner i9 employs a comprehensive multi-dimensional sensing and a whole-unit AI scheduling architecture to collect, process, and intelligently process multi-dimensional data, including human body sensation and indoor air quality. This drives air conditioning toward a full-dimensional technological upgrade from "passive response" to "active sensing."
From "temperature control tool" to "full-scenario air management," this is not merely an upgrade of a single product, but rather a reflection of AUX's conviction: the future of air conditioning lies in whole-house intelligent air solutions that can proactively serve the living environment.
Dual Leadership in Sales and Reputation: Brand Strength Validated by Global Markets
Ultimately, technology must stand the test of the market.
As certified by Frost & Sullivan, AUX ranked No.3 by cumulative sales volume of household split-type air conditioners globally for seven years (2018-2024) and was the global sales leader in smart air conditioners for two consecutive years (2024–2025). Today, AUX is serving in more than 160 countries and regions, and among the top ten countries in terms of split-type AC market capacity, AUX ranks first in three of them.
Behind this performance lies a systematic establishment of global capabilities across R&D, production, sales, and service. Currently, AUX has established local sales companies in 11 countries with localized operational teams. Leveraging over 5,700 service points worldwide, AUX has built an overseas after-sales system capable of providing efficient responses within 24-48 hours, directly addressing the industry pain point of "prioritizing sales while neglecting after-sales service" in overseas markets. With an integrated capability of R&D, production, sales, and service, AUX continues to strengthen its global reputation while achieving simultaneous growth in sales volume and brand value.
A Smart Manufacturing Foundation Powering Global Expansion
Behind the excellent market performance and product innovation lies a comprehensive R&D and manufacturing system. AUX has built full-chain capabilities from core components to complete units, providing a solid foundation for high-quality global delivery.
In terms of production capacity and R&D layout, AUX operates seven global production bases and three R&D centers in Ningbo, Zhuhai, and Japan, enabling efficient synergy of global R&D, localized production, and worldwide delivery. The Ningbo smart factory is known as a fully automated "lights-out factory." In June 2025, AUX and Panasonic jointly established a compressor production base in Wuhu with a planned total capacity of 30 million units, achieving self-sufficiency in core components for air conditioners through DC inverter compressor technology.
As of March 2025, AUX has accumulated over 12,000 domestic and international patents related to air conditioning. From core technology breakthroughs and independent production of key components to intelligent manufacturing of complete units, AUX has achieved a profound transition from "Manufacturing" to "Smart Manufacturing."
Leveraging Global Sports Partnerships to Build a Stronger Brand
The globalization of brand goes beyond the delivery of products and services. It requires emotional connection. Sports IP serves as a key vehicle for AUX to bridge the distance with overseas consumers.
Shortly before the opening of IFA, AUX officially became the Global Official Partner and Official Air-Conditioning Partner of Manchester City Football Club. At IFA, AUX brought its newly announced global partnership to Europe, drawing many young visitors to stop by. It quickly became one of the most popular "crowd magnets" of the exhibition.
As a top-tier football club in the world, Manchester City is renowned for its competitive spirit of continuous breakthroughs and relentless drive to excel, which aligns well with AUX's corporate core of over 30 years of dedication to air conditioning technology and continuous innovation breakthroughs. Leveraging the influence of Manchester City, AUX has built a cross-regional and cross-cultural brand communication bridge, projecting a technologically advanced, ambitious, and premium brand image to the world, achieving comprehensive breakthroughs from product export to brand elevation.
The participation in IFA 2026 represents a concentrated showcase of AUX's global strategy. Through deeper localization in Europe, advances in AI technology, globally integrated manufacturing capabilities, and strategic sports partnerhsips, AUX is pursuing a differentiated and sustainable path to global growth, as it works toward becoming a leading global provider of air solutions.
ONE WORLD, ONE CITY, ONE FUTURE. Looking ahead, AUX remains committed to long-term development, bringing the premium air experience of "AI for Air" to more families across the globe.

Chinese humanoid robot makers are accelerating efforts to gain a foothold in Korea, moving beyond dance performances and showroom displays to factory trials and other commercial applications as Seoul beefs up investment in physical artificial intelligence (AI). A string of Chinese robotics companies have flexed their muscles or announced projects in the country this year, including Hong Kong-listed Ubtech, startup Anyverse Dynamics, Shanghai-based Agibot and leading robot maker Unitree. “China’s new generation of robot companies has global DNA and naturally looks overseas, and Korea is one of the most important markets in Asia-Pacific,” said Ethan Qi, an associate director covering robotics at Counterpoint Research. The absence of locally built humanoids available at scale has created an opening for Chinese suppliers, he added. Early footprint Representatives of Galaxy Robot Park, a robot-themed entertainment venue in Seoul, agreed to buy Ubtech’s lifelike U1 model after attending its debut in Shenzhen in June, according to Sean Qin, overseas head of the company's commercial robo

Hyundai Engineering & Construction (E&C) and three other local builders are at risk of losing more than 1 trillion won ($755 million) tied up in a major Iraqi refinery project, according to documents obtained by a ruling party lawmaker Friday. Hyundai E&C, GS Engineering & Construction, SK ecoplant and Hyundai Engineering have yet to collect 625.4 billion won in outstanding payments and are facing the possible forfeiture of another 420.2 billion won in performance guarantees. The builders have been seeking payment for work on the $6.8 billion Karbala Refinery Project, commissioned by Iraq's state-owned State Company for Oil Projects (SCOP). Company materials provided to Rep. Lee Jae-gang of the ruling Democratic Party of Korea showed the construction of a refinery capable of processing 140,000 barrels of crude oil per day was delayed by factors including Iraq’s internal conflict and the COVID-19 pandemic. The companies handed over the refinery's facilities to the Iraqi side in December 2023. However, SCOP has withheld payments, citing outstanding defects and missing tax-related docume
Woojin Industrial Systems, a Korean manufacturer of railway vehicles and electric buses, said Friday it has been selected for this year’s Ministry of Employment and Labor recognition program honoring companies for creating jobs and improving working conditions. The annual program recognizes 100 private companies and provides administrative and financial incentives to encourage hiring and improve workplace practices. Woojin said investment outside the Seoul metropolitan area helped drive its employment growth. It completed a 47 billion won ($35 million) electric bus factory in Gimcheon, North Gyeongsang Province, supporting efforts to recruit about 100 local workers. The proportion of the company’s workforce covered by employment insurance rose to 673 at the end of 2025 from 578 in 2024. Woojin attributed the growth to investment and recruitment partnerships with local universities and vocational high schools. Of its 140 new hires in 2025, 64 were aged 15 to 34. The company said expanded recruitment of women and support for maternity protection measures helped reduce its female employ
With the Korea Federation of Banks (KFB) set to appoint its next chairman, several former financial executives and regulators are emerging as potential candidates to take the helm of the country’s leading banking lobby, according to industry officials on Friday. The federation represents 23 full members — commercial, regional and internet-only lenders — as well as 33 associate members, comprising branches of foreign banks. The incumbent, Cho Yong-byoung, is due to leave office on Nov. 30. Yoon Jong-kyoo, former chairman of KB Financial Group, has long been viewed as a front-runner. He served as a vice chairman at accounting firm Samil PwC and president of KB Kookmin Bank before leading KB Financial from 2014 to 2023, overseeing major acquisitions including LIG Insurance and Hyundai Securities. But the prospect of another KB Financial veteran taking a top post at a financial industry association has drawn growing resistance. The concern has intensified after Lee Dong-chul, a former KB Financial vice chairman, took the helm of the Credit Finance Association this year, followed by Kim
