Growing Company Draws Policy Financial Institutions’ Attention Following CES Innovation Award and Public Procurement Recognition
Seoul, South Korea, September 7, 2026 -- AI avatar & video generation company AIPARK Co., LTD (CEO Park Cheol-min) announced on the 22nd that it has been selected as an “Innovation Premier 1000” company.
The ‘Innovation Premier 1000’ is a flagship policy finance program in which 14 government ministries including Financial Services Commission select SMEs and mid-sized enterprises with high innovation capabilities and growth potential, connecting them to both financial and non-financial support in collaboration with policy financial institutions.

A total of 547 companies have been named to the program. They will receive various forms of support such as preferential interest rates, scale-up and IR opportunities and more, provided by Korea Development Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea and Korea Eximbank through the end of 2026.
AIPARK is a generative AI company providing ‘AiVATAR’, an AI avatar-based video generation service, and ‘V-GEN’, an AI-powered automated video generation and editing service.
Leveraging technology that automatically generates videos featuring human-like AI avatars from text input alone, its services reduce the time and expense required to produce promotional, educational and instructional videos.
Recently, it has been expanding its services into the automation sector, incorporating generative video models to enable full video production without the need for filming.
The company’s selection for the program demonstrates that policy financial institutions have recognized its generative AI video production technology, business potential, and global market expansion capabilities.
AIPARK CEO Park Cheol-min noted, “Being selected for this program is a meaningful accomplishment, as our AI video generation technology and growth potential have been officially acknowledged. We will foster an environment where ‘anyone can generate videos with ease’ by accelerating product advancement and global expansion.”
Founded in 2020, AI video technology company AIPARK offers AI avatar and video generation SaaS solutions, as well as customized video production services.
AIPARK’s technology has earned acclaim in both domestic and international markets. Its AI avatar video service, ‘AiVATAR’, was selected as an innovative product by the Public Procurement Service in 2025 and won the ‘CES 2026 Innovation Award’ at the world’s leading IT and electronics exhibition.
Support from Seoul Startup Hub has also played a crucial role in its growth. Based at Seoul Startup Hub since 2025, the company has enhanced its service through participating in a variety of initiatives such as global expansion program and community programs, leading to its selection as an ‘Innovative Premier 1000’ company by the Public Procurement Service.
AIPARK is an AI media technology company founded in April, 2020. It operates an AI avatar video generation SaaS solution, ‘AiVATAR’, and a video auto-editing service, ‘V-GEN’.
At the heart of its technology is the ability to generate talking avatar videos from text input alone.

There was a time when a bank in Southeast Asia could win customers simply by shipping an app that did not crash on payday. That era, a new study suggests, is over. Every Monday, as a marketer, I used to open nine tabs: Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools the newsletter platform, the social scheduler and four ad accounts (Google/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok) I would export, paste, reconcile and start thinking at about 11am. I do not open those tabs any more. Now, on any given Monday, I type […] The post How to use AI in marketing without opening a single dashboard appeared first on e27.
Shen Jiaoqi, a banker living in southern China’s Guangdong province, cannot stop watching microdramas. The shows are so addictive that she sometimes spends entire days gazing at her phone. One time, she even kept watching while she showered. “Honestly, I was watching for the eye candy rather than the plots,” she said. “The AI has really made the characters look stunning.” Shen is far from alone. Microdramas have exploded in popularity in China over the past few years, offering viewers a quick...
Open 10 startup websites. Cover the logos. Shuffle the pages. Nothing breaks. “Revolutionising how finance works.” “Trusted by industry leaders.” Nobody asks which leaders. As investor anxiety over an artificial intelligence bubble mounts, SpaceX’s Elon Musk and Nvidia chief Jensen Huang have offered starkly divergent outlooks on whether the specialist cloud providers powering the boom can survive their mounting debts.
