In the new Q&A with Keylingo’s Managing Director Richard Carroll, Voices discusses the current challenges facing translation services and possible future applications of AI in the field.

Additionally, it has created new business opportunities for innovative entrepreneurs who are already providing and developing creative solutions to meet the demands of this growing global market.
When addressing emerging trends, Carroll said “It is true that machine learning and AI become must-have capabilities in every industry, but it is still unknown how exactly they will shape the future.” Instead of being afraid of change, he invites businesses and individuals to take an explorative and inquisitive approach.
