The recently published report entitled “Why You Should Not Buy The Best Home On The Street” suggests that buyers consider purchasing mid-range homes because the largest house in a neighbourhood is often the most difficult to sell later.

By releasing this report, the realtor can help buyers find a home with a strong resale value. The author explains that future buyers prefer to buy a mid-range home in their ideal neighbourhood, rather than a large house with a costly mortgage. In fact, mid-range houses bring in a higher price per square foot than larger houses in the same area.
The real estate guide also describes how the value of an expensive home is driven down by the other homes around it. Homeowners at the top of the market will have even more difficulty selling during tough times because buyers typically opt for less expensive homes they consider to be a good deal.
The agents at B & L Real Estate Group can show buyers what characteristics to look for in a home, so they can get the maximum resale value if they choose to sell in the future. They can guide buyers through the entire transaction, including property searches, price negotiations, home loan applications, and closing procedures.
The company assists real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Vancouver and North Shore area. It lists properties in neighbourhoods such as Lonsdale, New Westminster, Fraser Heights, and Kitsilano.
The B & L Real Estate Group is made up of realtors Kevin Lynch, Steve Birkic, and Greg D’Aoust, who together have over 65 years of real estate experience. The agents use state-of-the-art technology and innovative marketing strategies to sell homes faster, and for higher prices.
A satisfied client said: “Working with Kevin Lynch was a great experience. We needed a quick sale and buy, and he (plus his team) made it a smooth process. He was very knowledgeable and had reliable connections to all the resources we needed (staging, lawyer, inspector, contractor…) He was always there to answer our questions, we really felt that Kevin had our best interests at heart.”

Samsung SDI said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity (KOFAC) and the Korean Chemical Society (KCS) to sponsor Korea’s team for the International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO). The signing ceremony was held at the Korea Science and Technology Center in Seoul and attended by Samsung SDI Vice President and Head of the People Team Kim Hun-kyu, KOFAC President Chung Woo-sung and KCS President Keum Kyo-chang. Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong visited the Al Dhafra gas-fired power plant construction site in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), on Wednesday (local time) to inspect construction progress and encourage employees working in the Middle East. Lee toured key facilities, checking construction schedules and safety measures, before meeting with executives from Samsung C&T and Samsung E&A to discuss regional market trends, growth strategies and new business opportunities. The Al Dhafra power plant is being built by Samsung C&T in a consortium with local construction firm Trojan General Contracting. It is designed to meet rising electricity demand amid the UAE's industrial growth and is expected to support energy-intensive industries, including artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. Samsung C&T previously demonstrated its construction capabilities through the Barakah nuclear power plant project in the UAE, while Samsung E&A uses the country as a key hub for its Middle East and Africa operations, undertaking projects in refining, gas and petrochemicals. Lotte World employees put their emergency response skills to the test Wednesday, competing in rapid firefighting and CPR challenges designed to sharpen their readiness when lives are at stake. The amusement park operator held its 2026 Fire Safety Competition in partnership with the Songpa Fire Station. The annual exercise comes as theme parks and high-density public venues face growing scrutiny over crowds and facility safety, prompting major operators to move beyond routine compliance and build real-time tactical readiness among frontline staff. The competition centered on two core scenarios: rapid initial suppression using indoor hydrants and emergency first aid. In the firefighting challenge, employees simulated an active blaze by quickly connecting hydrant systems, deploying hoses and executing the critical steps needed to contain flames before first responders arrive. The medical segment tested teams on sudden cardiac arrest scenarios. Participants were evaluated on their precision and speed while performing CPR on training mannequins and deploying automated external defibrillators
A year ago, some of the most nervous entrepreneurs in the world were in Hong Kong, Taipei and Shanghai. Trade tensions, a property slump in mainland China and a stalled listings market had put founders there among the most cautious respondents in HSBC’s annual survey of business owners. I knew within the first two minutes of glancing through the deck. A strategy workshop for our senior stakeholders had just wrapped. The session itself was good: the partner facilitating it followed our brief, the debate was sharp, and an AI tool captured the notes. When the deck arrived, I opened it and felt that […] The post AI took perfect notes. Then it ruined the deck appeared first on e27.
Grab wanted Taiwan to be its first market outside Southeast Asia. Taiwan’s competition regulator has told it, in effect, that it is not really an outsider. Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission (TFTC) on Wednesday blocked Germany-based Delivery Hero’s planned sale of foodpanda’s Taiwan business to Grab, scuttling a US$600 million all-cash deal agreed on March 23. While building an AI-assisted video workflow for a TikTok commerce creator, I ran into a problem with the storyboards generated by a language model. The scripts covered the product, but the shots were not tight enough for the short videos we wanted to make. I could rewrite the scenes myself. Instead, I first asked a […] The post How I decide what to fix in my AI video workflow appeared first on e27.

For years, the small business owner in Penang or Cebu has relied on a quiet, unspoken form of security: obscurity. Who would bother hacking a family-run online furniture store when there are banks to rob? The logic was not wrong.
